How it works
Apply and get approved
Apply through the Partner Program. When approved into a tier (for example Founding Partner), you receive a customer referral link and a separate Scout link. Commission rate % for each customer is taken from your then-current structure at their first qualifying paid conversion — not a permanent freeze for every future customer. Each ledger row stores an immutable rule snapshot.
Share your customer link where money is wasted
Send your customer link to people who already pay for Claude Code — friends, colleagues, communities, creators. Lead with the savings story: about $117+/mo less than a Max plan when they pool Pro seats they already own (same capacity story as the product page). Offer the recommended 14-day Premium Trial ($0 today, card on file) so they can feel the savings before billing. Offer the 7-day no-card trial only when they will not add a card. Customers always pay the normal public price; saving money is why they convert.
Earn on paid renewals + Scout
When a referred customer's real payment clears (first charge or renewal), you earn the configured Direct commission on the commissionable amount collected — residual while they stay billed. If a Partner you introduced earns Direct, you also get a configured Scout share (one level only). Trials and $0 verifications earn nothing.

Paid only on real money collected.
Commissions use the amount actually collected after discounts (not list price). Direct commission is your tier rate of that commissionable base. If someone joined through your Scout link and is approved, you also earn a configured share of their Direct commission — paid by Neural-LLM, not deducted from them. Amounts sit in a hold period, then become payable. Refunds reverse both sides. Commission processing never blocks a customer's successful payment.

Approved Partners get a modern portal: short links, campaign UTM builder, QR, social share presets, cash balances (pending/payable/paid), estimates clearly labeled as estimates, transaction history, Scout pipeline, training modules, and a media resource library. Cash Partner status surfaces in extension/CLI when you are cash-enrolled. HikaShop raw shop events remain available for ops.
How the program works
How do Partner rewards work?
The Partner Program pays cash commissions on qualifying paid subscriptions (Direct + optional one-level Scout). Free trials and $0 verifications do not earn until a real paid charge succeeds.
What is Partner Scout?
Approved Partners get a separate Scout link for recruiting other Partners. When a Partner you personally introduced earns a Direct commission, you earn a configured percentage of that commission (not of customer revenue). There is only one Scout level — no downline.
What if the customer gets a refund?
Direct and Scout commissions reverse with the underlying payment (full or proportional). After payout, negative balances reduce future payouts. Historical paid rows are never deleted.
Are rates fixed forever?
No permanent enrollment freeze. When a referred customer first has a qualifying paid conversion, the Direct and Scout rate percentages for that customer relationship come from your then-current Partner rate structure. Later qualifying commissions for that customer keep that customer-level context. Already-recorded ledger rows keep immutable rule snapshots. Program defaults can change for new Partners and newly attributed customers without rewriting history. Full detail: Partner Terms §3.
Where does the customer link go?
To the public site via your short partner code URL (/r/{code}). Attribution survives trials and locks after the first paid conversion so later clicks cannot hijack the customer. Always lead customers to the recommended 14-day Premium Trial when they are ready to try Power Claude seriously.
Where is my Partner dashboard?
After approval, open /partners/dashboard for cash balances, tools, training, and media. Apply at /partners/apply. Terms at /partners/terms.
Can I leave? Can Neural-LLM end the program?
Yes — both sides have exit flexibility. You may resign anytime (email support@neural-llm.com). We may terminate for cause immediately or for convenience with 30 days’ notice, and may modify or wind down the Program with notice. Earned payable commissions remain subject to ordinary hold/payout rules; historical paid commissions are not clawed back except fraud or chargebacks. Full detail: Partner Terms §8.
Is there a tracking pixel?
No third-party tracker. We use the shop's first-party affiliate cookie plus a canonical attribution record once the customer is identifiable.
Does one post keep earning?
A useful post can keep appearing in search, shares, recommendations, and AI answers months later — that is a practical compounding effect, not a guarantee of income or of permanent Program rates. See Partner Terms for flexibility and wind-down.
