1. What This Policy Covers
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what you may and may not do with the Power Agents products — Power Claude, Power Codex, Power Grok and Power Kimi — and the Neural-LLM website and services (together, the “Products”). It applies to each product separately and identically. It is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a material breach of the Terms.
In this policy, “Host Software” means the third-party AI coding-assistant software a product interoperates with, and “Host Vendor” means its owner: Claude and Claude Code (Anthropic, PBC) for Power Claude, Codex (OpenAI) for Power Codex, Grok (xAI) for Power Grok, and Kimi (Moonshot AI) for Power Kimi.
2. Intended Use
Power Agents products are built for individual developers and engineering teams who legitimately own and use their own Host Vendor accounts and want to manage multi-account rotation, reduce downtime from rate limits, and improve workflow observability.
All use of the Products must:
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
- Comply with your Host Vendor’s own terms of service and usage policies (your account with that vendor remains bound by those terms regardless of how you use a Power Agents product); and
- Respect the rights of third parties.
3. Host Vendor Terms Deference
Each Power Agents product works by rotating among Host Vendor accounts that belong to you. Because you are still the account holder on those accounts, the Host Vendor’s rules still apply to you.
Neural-LLM does not expand, narrow, or interpret your rights under any Host Vendor’s policies. If a Host Vendor prohibits a particular use of its service, that prohibition applies to you whether or not this AUP says anything about it.
Specific things you may not do:
- Use a product’s account-rotation or rate-limit-healing features to circumvent per-account usage limits in a manner that the Host Vendor expressly prohibits in its current terms.
- Pool or broker a Host Vendor’s API capacity — the multi-account features are for accounts that belong to you or your organization, not for creating shared access pools for third parties.
- Create Host Vendor accounts in bulk (“account farming”) for the purpose of feeding a larger rotation pool and circumventing aggregate rate limits.
- Impersonate a Host Vendor, its software, or any of its employees or agents.
If a Host Vendor suspends or terminates your account because your usage violates their terms, that is a matter between you and that vendor. Neural-LLM cannot reinstate your Host Vendor account and will not refund subscription fees on that basis.
4. License Key and Account Rules
One license = one human user, per product. A single Power Agents license is for one human being and one product. That person may install the Extension on the number of machines their subscription tier permits — one on the free tier, two on Pro, and one per purchased seat on Team — and only on machines they personally own or control. A license may not be shared between two different people, even within the same organization, and a license for one product does not activate another.
You may not:
- Share, post, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your license key to any other person or organization;
- Activate your license key on machines controlled by or used by a person other than yourself;
- Create multiple Neural-LLM accounts to circumvent trial restrictions, subscription limits, or a prior suspension;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with license-key validation or any security feature in the Extension; or
- Generate, brute-force, or obtain license keys through any means other than a legitimate purchase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Products to:
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including child sexual abuse material, content inciting violence or terrorism, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights;
- Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse any individual or group;
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or social engineering;
- Create or distribute malware, ransomware, or other malicious code;
- Attack, probe, or gain unauthorized access to any computer system; or
- Misrepresent your identity or falsely claim that your use of a Power Agents product is authorized or endorsed by its Host Vendor.
6. No Resale or Proxying
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access to the Service or Extension to any third party;
- Use the Extension to build or operate a service that provides third parties with access to a Host Vendor’s service that those third parties have not independently obtained from that vendor; or
- Use your Neural-LLM subscription to extend Host Software access to people who are not you (the single licensed user).
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account depending on severity. Termination for AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund. Neural-LLM reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement for violations involving illegal activity.
