The good news: you almost certainly don't need a pile of brand-new mailboxes. Most email providers let you create aliases — extra addresses that all deliver to the inbox you already have — so you can organise the addresses you control in a couple of minutes.

- Sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com.
- Go to Your info, then click Account info (or open the Email & accounts settings at account.live.com/names/Manage).
- Choose Add email (an alias). Pick "Create a new email address and add it as an alias."
- Type the new address you want — for example

- Now go to Claude, sign up with the new alias, and verify it from your normal inbox (every alias delivers there).
- In Power Claude, add the new account to the rotation. Done — that account now shares the pool.
Good to know
- Microsoft caps you at 10 aliases per account and lets you add/remove a limited number per year — plan which addresses you want.
- Make the address itself distinct (not just a + tag) so every system sees it as separate.
Pro tip: Name your aliases predictably — yourname.c1, yourname.c2, yourname.c3 — so you instantly know which Claude account is which in the Power Claude dashboard.
iCloud (Hide My Email)
Reliability: Reliable — unlimited unique addresses
If you have an Apple device with iCloud+ (any paid iCloud storage plan, even the $0.99 tier), Hide My Email creates unlimited unique random addresses that all forward to your real inbox. Each one is distinct, so each makes a clean separate Claude account.
Works for rotation? Excellent. Every address is a unique random one that forwards to your real inbox — perfect for separate Claude accounts.
Step by step
- On your iPhone/iPad: open Settings, tap your name at the top, then iCloud → Hide My Email. (On a Mac: System Settings → your name → iCloud → Hide My Email.)
- Tap Create new address. Apple generates a unique address like

- Hide My Email needs iCloud+ (any paid iCloud plan). The cheapest tier is enough.
- These addresses forward mail in; replying out works but is meant for occasional use — fine for sign-up and verification.
Pro tip: The label you set in Hide My Email shows up in your Apple account list — name each one after its Claude account so you never lose track.
Custom domain (catch-all)
Reliability: Most reliable — unlimited, fully distinct
Own a domain (about $10/year) and turn on "catch-all" forwarding. Then ANY address at your domain —
Works for rotation? The best option. Every address is on your own domain and 100% distinct — no service ever dedupes them.

- Buy a cheap domain from any registrar (Cloudflare, Namecheap, Porkbun — roughly $8–12/year).
- Set up free email forwarding with a catch-all. Cloudflare Email Routing is free and easy: add your domain, open Email → Email Routing, and enable Catch-all address → forward to your real inbox.

Pro tip: Use a consistent scheme like c01@, c02@, c03@ so your accounts sort neatly. With catch-all you can scale to as many accounts as you want with zero extra setup per address.
Gmail (the + and dot tricks)

- Some sign-up systems normalize
+tags (and dots) back to your base address, so they may not yield a truly separate account. - Because all mail lands in one inbox, keep your aliases labeled with a Gmail filter so verification emails are easy to find.

Proton Mail & SimpleLogin
Reliability: Reliable — privacy-first distinct addresses
Proton Mail (privacy-focused) and its sibling SimpleLogin create real, distinct aliases that forward to your inbox. Great if you care about privacy and want addresses no system will dedupe.
Works for rotation? Excellent. Proton/SimpleLogin aliases are real distinct addresses, ideal for separate accounts and privacy.

- If you don't have one, create a free Proton Mail account at proton.me.
- Open SimpleLogin (built into Proton, or simplelogin.io) and click Create alias.
- Pick a name for the alias, e.g.

Yahoo & AOL
Reliability: Works, with limits
Yahoo Mail supports extra addresses (and a disposable-address feature on some accounts) that are distinct and land in your inbox. Good for a few accounts; for many, prefer Outlook, iCloud, or a custom domain.
Works for rotation? Good for a handful of accounts. Yahoo's extra/disposable addresses are distinct, but the count is limited.

No aliases? Use separate accounts
Reliability: Always works, anywhere
If aliases aren't an option, just make a few real, free email accounts. It's more clicks, but it works with absolutely everything — there is nothing for any system to dedupe.
Works for rotation? Bulletproof. Separate real mailboxes are obviously distinct accounts — no service ever dedupes them.

- Pick a free provider that's quick to sign up for — Outlook.com and Gmail are the fastest.
