Why “Claude-only forever” was the wrong product shape
Power Claude earned its name on Claude Code: recovery, seats you own, Token Saver, unattended loops. That work is still the money story (five Pro vs Max, dual-trial honesty).
But fleets are not monotheistic. Teams already run Grok CLI, Codex, Gemini, and now Kimi K3 for frontend arenas. A product that only paints Claude while pretending multi-model is marketing debt — and operators told us so.
